Purchase of the Epilepsy Software is subject to the following conditions:

• This service provides you with the base Epilepsy Viewer software (Windows installer) and a license granting non-exclusive rights to your institute or hospital. Under this license, the software may be installed on any computer owned by the licensee or by its employees, including personal laptops.

• Upon subscription, the licensee is granted email and telephone access to our core development team as a conduit for suggesting and discussing custom enhancements to the software. Enhancements are implemented at Atamai's current hourly rate with a free cost estimate provided prior to implementation.

• Pricing and licensing arrangements for larger projects will be negotiated on a per contract basis.

• Only one license per institute or hospital is required.

• Publications (including abstracts, proceedings, and journal manuscripts) incorporating data generated using the Atamai Epilepsy Viewer must reference the web page: www.atamai.com/atamai_Epilepsy.html . Atamai does not request or require publication authorship.

• Licensee grants Atamai the rights to use licensee’s corporate or company name for promotional purposes.

User-Submitted Modules:

This software was made open source to encourage subscribers to develop their own modules or enhancements to existing modules. User-developed software (those not developed by Atamai personnel) may be submitted to the main Atamai Epilepsy Viewer repository for distribution pending approval by an Atamai employee. Following approval, the module will be immediately available to other subscribers.

Atamai Contracted Modules:

Contracting Atamai to develop modules has several advantages;

The module comes with 2-months of free support.

The module will have been programmed by an expert well-versed in the field and in the software platform.

The module will be generated in the shortest amount of time possible.

The subscriber will have exclusive rights to the module for publication or research purposes for a 3-month duration (unless otherwise negotiated).
