Options:

1. Custom Registration Application:

Atamai can develop custom image registration applications that are fully optimized for the characteristics of your data. Pricing depends on the nature of the application.

2. Command-Line Application:

If you don't need the front-end visualization and fancy user interfaces, we can provide simple command line versions of all of our algorithms capable of running batch jobs.

3. Pay-Per Registration Agreement:

Atamai also offers an image registration service. You send us two of your images, and we'll provide you with a registered version of image 1 registered to image 2 along with the transformation matrix that defines the registration. Call us for a quote. Note that the first registration we perform for a client will typically cost a little extra. This extra fee allows us to validate the registration and, when necessary, modify our software to read and write your specific type of file.

We currently support: DICOM, minc, vff, analyze, raw, and VTK image data formats. If your preferred format isn't shown here, odds are we can still read your data!
